About Kathleen

Kathleen's first love is her family - she is married with two grown sons and six grandchildren. She loves jogging, playing golf with her husband. Kathleen has found her heart attuned to the heart-wounds of others and she passionately pursues coming alongside people on their journey toward healing and wholeness in Christ.

Originally involved in the secular music industry, she re-evaluated what God wanted and was called to the Christian music industry. Kathleen spent four years managing various artists. She and another Christian artist created "Music Northwest" and held many of their concerts at Columbia Arts Center in Vancouver,Washington.

Kathleen has spent the past two decades counseling hundreds of people - first through working at the Crisis Pregnancy Centers (10 years) and then going back to school to become a registered counselor. She has spent the past 12 years both in private practice and as a seminar and retreat speaker. She also currently leads H.E.A.R.T (Healing & Encouragement for Abortion Related Trauma) groups and enjoys seeing women develop healthy emotions while walking through the trauma of past woundedness.

She is frequently requested to speak at various conferences and seminars. In 2000, she recorded a tape of her "Woman to Woman" workshop, and that tape is now available for purchase at both the seminars and conferences she speaks at, as well as on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
